THE QUALITY RULED SYSTEM
BU Gradski vodovod
As the result of the highest management/director`s decision from 1999, BU Gradski vodovod has established the quality ruled system ISO 9002:1994 according to the normative standards.
Beside the basic task of maintaining the entire waterworks system function, the aim was to meet our consumers and buyers` needs.
The result that came out of applying and maintaining the system exceeed our expectations and the director`s decision led to the next step – the norm demands ISO 9001:2000 have been implemented into the BU activities.
The aim of implementing this system is a continuous increase of own possibilities to work on behalf of consumers.
The quality ruled system clearly defines volume, scope and activities and responsibility sequence, authority and verification methods in a process of: water supply, water system development; geodetic and cadastral works; survey drilling and wells revitalization.
The high quality of the services and products, as well as entire supervision of the system elements at work/exploatation – represents the basis of its reliability and a foundation for future development.
The construction of modern infrastructure, development coordinated with the community and environmental protection - is the mission of responsible individuals.
The obligation of each employee is devotion to the goal, the loyalty to the quality idea and development of our own cosideration for quality. This obligation will ensure the long business success of this business unit.
BU SEWERS
As the result of the highest management, the firm director`s decision from 1999, BU Sewers has established the quality ruled system ISO 9002:1994 according to the normative standards.
Besides the basic task of maintaining the entire sewage system, the aim was to meet our consumers` demands.
The results that came out of applying and maintaining the system, exceeded our expectations and the director`s decision led to the next step – the norm demands ISO 9001:2000 have been implemented into the BU activities.
The aim of implementing this system is a continuous increase of own possibilities to act on behalf of consumers.
The Vision of the BU (as an active participant of the quality ruled system) is permanent service of draining of liquid waste in a ecological way and according to European standards.
The orientation towards the consumers` satisfaction, establishment of modern business organization which will provide a service based on business excellence principles and the top quality – are the mission of the responsible ones.
The quality ruled system in the BU Sewers has been established and documented in a range that provides the efficient ruling of the system processes (applied in drainage and liquid waste control, public drainage system development, specialized vehicles services), and is maintained through reflecting the BU development and system development by increasing its efficiency.
In that purpose the required processes have been identified, their sequence has been determined, the responsibilities have been decided and given, as well as the criteria for recognizing, supervising and reviewing the efficiency of their usage.
The resources for their execution and supervision have been determined, as well as the analysis procedure of their characteristics.
The statutory correctional activities are envisaged, the activities which help the achievement of the planned results, the realization of the process goals and their improvement.
BU COMMERCIAL SECTOR AND BU ASSEMBLAGE
The BU Commercial sector and the BU Assemblage are organizational units of Vodovod Osijek company.
The quality ruled system ISO 9002:1994 according to the normative standards has been established into the BUs in 2001.
By revising the norm, the highest management – the director, decided to implement the norm request ISO 9001:2000 in the existing quality system in order to improve it.
The process oriented managing system clearly defines the processes and their inter-connection, volume, scope and sequence of activities, as well as responsibility; authority and verification methods in the area of installation service realization and sale.
The vision of the BU Assemblage is keeping the status of top Croatian firm in the realization and sale of Assemblage service.
The establishment of the modern business organization which will stipulate the recognizable quality service – is the mission of responsible individuals from these BUs.
The basic principles in reaching the determined goal are providing the recognizable services and products, efficiency even after the sale, consumer satisfaction, support and confidence.
