VODOVOD-OSIJEK is a modern trading company with 800 employees. Besides the purification and distribution of drinking water, as well as draining of liquid waste being its basic activity, it is involved in many other production activities.
Emphasis should be put upon: installation of water pipes, sewer system, central heating, air-conditioning and ventilation; construction of the main gas pipelines, thermal pipelines, steam pipelines, as well as construction of the secondary gas network; construction of watersupply system; production of industrial gases and metal products; building, projecting and supervision; hydrogeological and research work; geodetic activities; construction of exploiting wells; service and repair of the heating items; industrial and construction measuring; research drilling; the field probing and many other activities.

The Supervisory board consists of 7 members. The city of Osijek provides 5 members, the founders provide one member and the company employees also provide one member.
The Supervisory board members are selected by the Assembly, the employees` representative is named for the period of 4 years, and he/she can be re-selected.

The company`s basic capital is 429.971.000,00 kn. The realized income of 214 000 000,00 kn in the year 2006 places VODOVOD-OSIJEK among the 300 largest firms in the Republic of Croatia.
