The Board of directors consists of one member – director.
By the Supervisory board decision from 29.06.2009., LJUBOMIR NOVOSELIĆ has been appointed the company director, for the period of 4 years, with the possibility of re-selection.

The Supervisory board members are selected by the Assembly, the employees` representative is named for the period of 4 years, and he/she can be re-selected.

 

 

The Vodovod-Osijek company has conducted a public-opinion poll about the citizens` satisfaction with the water quality and water supply. The poll was conducted on the Osijek Spring Fair (on the sample of 945 persons).
